  • 3. Prepare and update detailed program of works
  • 4. Prepare plans and drawings if required

Construction

  • 1. Provide and manage labour and sub-contractors
  • 2. Keep site records and record daywork
  • 3. Manage construction phase safety plan
  • 4. Liaise with client on progress and budget

Completion

  • 1. Ensure all completion certificated are issued or obtained
  • 2. Have project signed off by client and building control
  • 3. Complete and issue maintenance file
  • 4. Review project with client to ensure total satisfaction
